    DELIVERY TIME

    At Espyworks we do have all our products in stock, as metal decor. if you give us special order, we need time for design and processing this unit is made just for you and your home. Our normal delivery time is 3-4 days for metal decor, 2-3 weeks for marble decor and digital wall watch. Due to Covid-19, we are currently experiencing extended lead times on some of our marble decor and digital wall watch, with delivery taking up to 4-5 weeks on some products. Customer serves will contact you within 24 hours of your order to discuss delivery.

    ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

    If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 12 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

    RETURNS

    The material, manufacturing, size, weight and technical details of all our products are specified in the product descriptions. We are sure you will love Espyworks product, but if you’re not quite happy with your accessory purchase, you can return the unused product to us within 7 working days for a refund.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for products that are customized to your specifications. If you wish to return product, please contact costumer service on web side they will help you with your options.
